Diddy is being sued by a photographer that claims he was attacked by Diddy's bodyguards at a party following the Bet Hip Hop Awards last October.
Coming to this realization a little late, aren't we???

Jabari Tilgham insists that he was beaten by the unnamed guards while he was trying to shoot pics of celebs at the party Diddy was hosting at Club Mansion in Atlanta. His only evidence is a signed affidavit from a security guard who was also working at the venue.

Okay, so he's got a witness. What do you got, Diddy?
